Adding Funds to Your Vault

Overview

Once your LexieVault has been initialized, you can begin transferring tokens from your public wallet into your vault. This process allows your assets to be managed through LexieVault’s zk-secured environment, giving you enhanced security and confidentiality while maintaining full ownership.

Step-by-Step: Adding Tokens

  1. Open the Vault Dashboard From the main Lexie interface, navigate to the Vault window. Here you’ll see two sections:

    • Public Wallet Balances — tokens held in your connected external wallet

    • Vault Balances — tokens currently held inside your LexieVault

  2. Select “Add” Click the “Add” tab in the commands interface to begin the deposit process.

  3. Choose a Token From the token selector dropdown, pick the asset you’d like to move into your vault. Supported tokens appear automatically based on your connected chain (e.g., ETH, USDC, WBTC).

  4. Enter an Amount Type the amount you wish to add. The interface will display your available balance and any applicable network fees before proceeding.

  5. Click the Add Token button Once your token and amount are set, click the Add Token button below. This will trigger a transaction request in your connected wallet provider.

  6. Sign the Transaction Your wallet will prompt you to sign the request.

    • The first time you add a specific token, you may be asked to approve a spending cap increase.

    • Confirm both prompts to complete the process.

  7. Wait for Confirmation After signing, your wallet provider will broadcast the transaction to the network. Within a few seconds, LexieVault will add the transaction to your vault and update your balances.

Completion

Once confirmed:

  • The selected token’s balance will decrease in your Public Wallet view.

  • The same amount will appear under Vault Balances, confirming successful transfer.

Your assets are now stored within your zk-secured LexieVault, ready for use across the Lexie ecosystem — future ecosystem integrations will include swaps, yield farming, and reward-based activities.

Key Notes

  • You retain full ownership of your assets; LexieVault is entirely non-custodial.

  • The “Add” flow supports all ERC-20 compatible tokens on supported chains.

  • Transactions are signed directly from your wallet — LexieAI never has access to your keys or funds.
